Responsible for staff performance assessment and staff training to improve staff quality. 4. 负责制定和完善仓库区域管理，5S 和目视化管理的推进和改善 Responsible for formulating and improving warehouse area management, promoting and improving 5S and visual management. 5. 负责仓库日常盘点工作，确保料，帐，物一致。配合客服完成当月发货和SAP 发货业务。 Responsible for daily inventory of the warehouse to ensure the consistency of materials, accounts and materials.
