Main Tasks: To conduct analysis on leasing applications from customers who generally purchase big volume of vehicles, identify risk factors and make credit decisions within granted approval competence, in general loan amount of one customer reaches several million RMB and strong financial analysis ability for credit offcier is required. • Collecting all available financial information replated to customers which including financial reports, external credit history, field visit reports, etc, based on these information, to identify risk factors and analyze financial strenth, repayment ability of loan applicants. • Identifing and preventing fraud cases via implementing anti-fraud measures and methods. • Ensuring Financial Leasing applications to be in accordance with internal and external regulations/guidelines. • Adopting available methods incuding phone check/field visit/…to investigate applicants' financial status. • Making credit decision within granted competence or provide suggestions on final decisions beyond his competence. In case Financial Leasing application amount is beyond competence of Retail Sales Care (Euro1.0 Million), submitting the first vote to credit committee. Administration on fleet loans • Communicating with upstream and downstream divisions e.g. Sales/After Sales Team to ensure the conditions of decisions are properly conducted; • Investigate abnormal change of external bank liabilities for each customer and evaluate the effect on risks of Financial Leasing; • Investigate the abnormal information provided by various internal and external resources e.g. Sales, Risk, public information etc. • Involve the collection of default fleet loans via onsite investigation, negotiation with customers on loan restructuring/… To communicate with Financial Leasing applicants and dealers on decisions in proper way to ensure high service quality • Communicating with loan applicants on extra documents requirement in proper way. • Communicating with dealers on modifications or refusal of decisions in proper way. To achieve the special task in due diligence upon the request or requirement from the department head Requirements: College or above education, majoring in management/finance.
