职位介绍
Responsibilities: • Manage the whole payroll & attendance, on boarding & exit process and make sure it comply with audit and law; • Ensure data quality of HR database (Workday etc.) and maintain completion and accuracy upon set matrix; • Provide HR professional solution for the department as a consultant in C&B field, handling employee dispute and discipline, legal issue consulting and keep good relationship with related government office; • Formulate, recommend and monitor compensation and benefits programs and packages to attract, retain and motivate employees and ensure the programs and packages are in line with the company’s strategy and national regulation; • Responsibilities of monthly labor cost forecasting, analysis and annual budget • Conduct a continuing study of C&B related policies, monitor for the effectiveness and cost containments; • Participant into HR Cross function projects and etc. Qualification: • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years’ experience in C&B position; • Be familiar with HR system, system set up experience for HR payroll/Attendance system set is preferred; • HRBP experience is a plus. • High level of integrity and confidentiality; • Logical thinking, operating skills and drive for result.
