- 职责描述： 1.Master the basic metrology law and instrument calibration and qualification knowledge. Operate the analytical instruments, e.g. HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus independently. Understand and follow cGMP practice. 掌握计量法及仪器校验和确认的基本知识。可独立操作分析仪器，如液相，气相和溶出仪。理解并遵循cGMP规范。 2.Support the introduction of equipment (Lifecycle) to laboratory. Perform instrument qualification/calibration, for example, oven, HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus independently. Send the general instruments and standard calibration tools to qualified metrology institute for external calibration, for example, weights, thermometer… 支持实验室设备（生命周期）的引入。可独立执行仪器的确认/校验，如烘箱，液相，气相和溶出仪。将一般设备及校准标准器送至合格的计量机构进行外部校验，例如砝码，温度计… 3.Perform instrument preventive maintenance, for example pH Meter, Titrator, HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus independently. 可独立执行仪器的预防性维护，例如pH计，滴定仪，液相，气相和溶出仪。 4.Revise and draft instrument calibration and maintenance SOP, protocol and report. 修订并起草仪器的校验和维护的SOP，方案及报告。 5.Train analyst to operate and use general instrument correctly and perform the instrument troubleshooting, for example HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus. 培训分析员正确使用和操作通用设备。执行仪器的故障检修，如液相，气相和溶出仪。 6.Maintain the general consumables of instruments. 维护仪器的一般耗材。 7.Maintains a clean and organized working environment, be responsible for the safety of lab. 维护一个干净有序的工作环境，负责实验室的安全。 8.Other tasks assigned by superior. 主管制定的其他工作。 任职要求： 1.Bachelor degree above, Chemistry and/or electronics or related major. 本科及以上学历，化学和/或者电子学或相关专业。 2.Laboratory experience operating instrumentation. 有实验室的仪器操作经验。 3.Basic metrology law and instrument calibration and qualification knowledge. 具备基本的计量法及仪器校验确认知识。 4.Basic analytical skills. 具备基本分析技能。 5.Basic analytical chemistry knowledge. 具备基础化学知识. 6.Instrument troubleshooting capability. 仪器故障检修的能力。 7.Good communication skills within department, other departments, and instrument vender. 具备良好的沟通技能与部门内、其它部门和仪器供应商沟通。
