职责描述: 1、Be a central controller of all sales divisions to plan & execute all Wyeth brands 4P management and give insight to business group to improve sales output and optimize strategy to match IFT market needs. 2、Ensure adherence to WHO code &China code on BMS,FTSE4Good,Nestle instructions and Wyeth nutrition China policy and procedures. 3+3 Process Cycle 1. Manage 3+3 meeting process to ensure BU/supply chain/commercial/CCSD's attendance to promote sales together. Make sure block the activity at least one month in advance; 2. CPI process management: working with Finance on CPI SOP to ensure the cost release and management; 3. Deliver DDPP guideline to Sales to achieve monthly CDF according to 3+3 instructions; 4. Sales internal Demand FCST management. DDPP Sales Execution & Guidance 1.Assist in Distribution、Display、Promotion、Price Standard setting and daily follow up to drive sales achievement; 2.Distribution: refine distribution criteria & tracking to drive the growth of WTD and ND; 3.Promotion: standardize promotion activity and tracking method. Fulfill promotion target through process indicators follow-up and improve ROI. OMP goal setting and CDF FCST management: 1. Responsible for OMP goal setting, ensure it's rational and splitting; 2. Manage CDF FCST to ensure the consistency of data across departments (FIN/Sales/Commercial/BU) 任职要求: 1. Minimum of 3 years solid work experience in sales/Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/other related functions; at least 1 years of related working experience; IFT company experience is preferred. 2. Comprehensive understanding of retail marketing. 3. Strong data analysis capability and logical thinking with excellent Excel and PPT skill; experience of business intelligence system; 4. Strong communicate skill, and presentation skill; be able to influence cross-function partners and senior management. 5. Fast pace of work environment experience, be able to multi-task. 6. Teamplayer, self-motivated and have leadership. • Complete understanding of the WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions • Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles • Customer understanding • Understanding of the overall business strategy and goals • Knowledge of the Nutrition industry in the local market including products, competitor awareness, KOL’s • Organisation navigation • Understanding of the local ethical promotion code
