- Role & Responsibilities: Manage and structure the purchasing department to increase the efficiency of people and processes Manager the relation with suppliers on strategic topics (key quality claims, products specifications implements, etc.) Develop and apply efficient purchasing method and protocol, with relevant KPI to evaluate the impacts Handle the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Identify, source and develop new suppliers Negotiate and optimize terms and conditions with existing and new suppliers (pricing, contracts, payment terms, etc.) Ensure the contracts are fulfilled (lead time, costing, etc.) in coordination with internal team QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BA or BS degree， Minimum 8 yrs with proven track records in sourcing/purchasing role in semiconductor, consumer electronics industries, etc. Result oriented, can work under pressure and within tight deadlines Proactive, Solution provider, Rigorous Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Mandarin.
