RESPONSIBILITIES: · Familiar with local labor law and update employee’s handbook timely, at the same time organize related training to let all employees to understand these policies. · Deal with ER cases based on labor law, collect evidence to support your behavior and take fully records. · Understand factory level’s standard organization structure and standard JD, update and control HC information based on it and update local factory’s organization chart on Intranet. · Monthly HR KPI report and analysis report based on KPI data. For example, turnover rates, OT hrs, leave hrs…… · Payroll, individual incoming tax, social insurance, housing fund and commercial insurance issues. · Order and distribute the monthly benefits cards, birthday gifts and so on, employee note books , calendars, festival gifts and so on. · Attendance statistics and take action to control OT hours below 36hrs. · Labor contract’s management, include new contract, renew contract’s evaluation and terminate contract issues. · Outsourcing employee’s contract and outsourcing company’s audit. · Promotion or warning procedure. (evidence and record) · HC, payroll’s budget and forecast. · Performance evaluation procedure, include BC’s monthly bonus, yearly BC performance review for salary increase. · In the long-term, setup salary structure to ensure competitive and fair based on Mercer survey. · Global HR’s project, for example perception process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor degree or above HR or management related major External Experience: 3 working experience or above in HR Function. Knowledge and Skills: CET4 is necessary Knowledge of labor law & Government regulation Knowledge of C&B Skill in dealing with employee relationship Good communication & documentation skills. Strong sense of responsibility. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
