职位介绍: 主要职能/主要职责 Key responsibilities/Accountabilities - 负责根据相关国际标准对麦德龙的所有食品供应商及自有品牌供应商进行质量和食品安全管理体系评估，形成评估报告和整改报告。 - 培训和指导企业对评估中的不符合项进行原因分析，制定整改措施，提高企业的质量安全水平满足麦德龙要求。 - 对麦德龙的食品供应商进行可持续发展评估及技术水平进行系统评估，并培训和指导企业进行提高和完善。 - 与麦德龙、技术合作伙伴、供应商及公司各部门进行高效沟通，现场实施四大业务（质量安全、技术体系、透明可持续、浪费管理）项目并监控项目的执行情况。 - 进行常规和新培训课程及其它技术文档的开发和评审改进； - 根据中小型企业的特殊需求，制定项目服务方案，监控项目的运行，负责项目总结和交付。 - Based on the international standards, assessing quality and food safety management system of all the METRO’s food suppliers and own brand (OB) suppliers to develop assessment reports and corrective action plans - Training and instructing the suppliers to analyze the causes of nonconformities and to make the corrective actions in a bid to improve the quality and safety levels of the suppliers to meet the METRO requirements - Systematically assessing the food suppliers’ sustainability and technique levels and then training and instructing the suppliers to make improvements - Efficiently communicating with Metro, technical partners and suppliers to implement onsite 4S (quality & safety, technology & System, transparency & sustainability, waste management) projects and supervise the progress - Implementing R&D, review and improvement of regular and new training courses and other technical documents Based on the special needs of small or medium-sized projects, drawing up project service plan, supervising project operation and being responsible for project summary and delivery activities. Experiences/Skills: 要求/技能： - 熟悉工厂与农场的相关质量体系（ISO 9001, HACCP，IFS，GLOBAL GAP）优先。 - 良好的英语书面表达能力，及熟练使用日常办公软件。 - 食品及农产品相关专业。 - 3年以上的食品、农业生产企业或第三方认证、咨询企业的工作经验。 - Being familiar with farm base- and factory-related quality system (ISO 9001, HACCP，IFS，GLOBAL GAP) will be a plus - Good written English skills and being proficient in using general office software - Food- or agriculture-related majors More than 3 years food or agriculture produce enterprise, or third part certificate, consults company working experience.
