Responsibilities · Lead the development for requirements for new Finished Good SKUs (FG SKUs) from stakeholders including marketing, engineering, regulatory, operations, finance. · In PDM system, define BOMs and all relevant information for factory to produce FG SKUs · In related outbound data systems, update databases to ensure outbound data to external parties per FG SKUs are setup properly · Define and submit change orders with proper parts, financial and administrative settings, approvers, target contract manufacturers, · Validate factory feedback on change order implementation, in consultation with internal and external stakeholders · Train factory about new processes and software tools · Support all sample requests: capture requirements from internal and external stakeholders, release instructions to factory, ensure rapid execution in compliance with quality processes · Be first escalation path for all factory issues with regards to configuration, labeling, electronic data files, programming, PDM issues, packaging on FG SKUs · Understand need for new system upgrades, define requirements, and work with IT teams to implement them.Requirements: · Candidate must work well with all departments of the Business Unit and especially be customer focused. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are critical. · 5-7 years experience dealing with contract manufacturers building electronic components, preferably wireless, in APAC · 5-7 years experience with BOM definition, change control · 3-5 years experience with PDM systems such as Agile, Arena, Windchill · 3-5 years experience using custom software and configuration tools · Team player, able to work under strict deadlines and pressure · Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Word and excel
