- 工作职责： -Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标 -Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划 -Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算 -Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训 -Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 与客户保持良好的关系 -Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略 任职要求： -Education level: higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度 -Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的领导能力，口头和书面表达能力，沟通能力，解决问题能力。 -Being integrity and positive 为人正直，积极向上。 -Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验 -Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 无需工作经历，医疗教育背景优先。 -Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年，最好管理过100家药店。
