- 职责描述： General responsibility 总体职责 1. Assist country manager for marketing and sales job on：Quarto CrMo plates for special pressure vessel project in China. 协助中国区总经理负责特殊压力容器用CrMo钢中厚板在中国区的市场和销售工作。 2. Realize the relative part of INDUSTEEL China sales budget. 负责完成INDUSTEEL中国的销售计划的相关部分。 Main activities and responsibilities 主要活动和职责 1. Assist for special project. 协助特殊项目的销售 2. Regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide necessary support. Specially pay regular visits to customer’s technical center and the designer/EPC. 定期拜访最终客户，了解市场需求并提供支持。尤其需要定期拜访客户技术中心以及设计方（工程公司，设计院所）。 3. Organization of relative exhibitions and technical seminars. 组织行业展会和研讨会等。 4. Realize marketing work for special pressure vessels market and regular report to country manger. 对特殊压力容器用钢进行市场调研并定期向中国区总经理提供报告。 5. In charge marketing for new application & product. Collect and report information of competitors. 负责材料新应用和新产品的市场开发工作。定期收集并汇报竞争对手情况。 6. Achieve Industeel China relative sales budget. 达到Industeel中国相关销售目标 7. Manage claims and offer technical support. 负责处理客户投诉并提供技术支持 8. Close working with central sales, marketing and method team to get maximum supports. 与欧洲工厂销售,市场和技术团队紧密配合，获取最大程度的支持。 任职要求： 1. Bachelor ’s Degree or above in Metallurgy and Material Sciences. 钢铁冶金/冶金材料相关大学本科以上学历背景 2. At least 3 years working experiences in steel making/engineering/manufacturing relative fields. 至少3年以上冶金/工程/大型设备制造行业相关工作经验。 3. Fluent in English (oral and written). Should have commercial and technical communication ability in English. 英语说写流利, 可流利进行英文商务及技术交流。 4. Experiences in Steel making/metallurgy/engineering/manufacturing relevant is a must. 必须具有冶金/工程/大型设备制造相关的工作经验 5. Experiences and knowledge in ASTM/ASME standard is an important extra. 具备对ASTM/ASME标准的了解和经验者优先 6. Good computers skills. 办公自动化软件应用熟练 7. Strong marketing and sales skills. 市场开发和销售能力强 8. Strong communication ability 沟通能力强 9. Team spirit and autonomic 良好的团队协作精神，且工作独立主动 10. High sense of responsibility and willing to learn 高度责任感, 且努力钻研学习 11. Hard working and willing to travel 工作努力，愿意出差
