- This role is to support marketing manager to build up and establish Hoka’s running community in China. By sponsoring qualified running races , join expos in big races , and daily running grassroots to raise brand awareness and preference in runners . And he/she is the one to assure the retailer’s present HOKA ONE ONE brand and products correctly to consumers. He/she also needs to support marketing manager on the CRM program and other day to day work with different functions internally. 40% Build up and manage running community - build up / keep good relationship with race organizers in China and find the qualified races to sponsor or to join as a partner with best quot seasonally according to MKT GTM and budget. - plan for the execution of best branding exposure and runners approach in the races . - Develop HOKA demo run in the key cities month to month with best runners’ approach with certain budget and creative ideas. - plan for the store demo run / running clinic with given budget . - runners’ community management, include but not limited to the wechat group management , CRM activities, etc. - Assist on the CRM program with the guidance from Marketing Manager. 30% Event / Activity execution -To assist marketing manager to execute big-scale event, including but not limited to sponsorship partner exploration, negotiation and venue design, setup, on-site support, sales support, as well as data base collecting from event, and review report. -To execute sports grassroots activities throughout the country, include but not limited to the Run-base , demo-run , store activities , according to the approved plan and budget. Including but not limited to event venue design, setup, on-site support, collecting data base from event, as well as activities’ review reporting. - To build up store / running club activation timeline and draft proposal and reports 20% Retail Marketing - Wholesale/ E-com store staff training of brand and product knowledge . - Routine store visit to assure the store present the brand and product properly. - Define the store tiers with different marketing support , according to the aligned criterion with Wholesale team and VM team . - Co- work with VM team and internal training team to assure the instore brand presentation is delivered properly to consumers. - Prepare the Marketing assets to Wholesale / Ecom team according to Marketing Seasonal GTM. -To build up store activation timeline and draft proposal and reports. - Collect the monthly report from retailers, and generate overall retail monthly report to marketing manager. 10% Budget Control - Utilize the productions / products / GWPs with best ROI. - keep the related budget in control and assure the monthly A&P correct in internal accounting process ;
