- 职责描述： 1. Logistics team (warehouse, transportation) performance management: monthly KPI calculation, reporting, gap analysis and improvement 2. 3PL/broker (warehouse, transportation) performance management: performance reporting, monthly performance review with vendors and improvement. 3. Logistics cost management (Variable +Fixed): Logistics yearly budgeting and monthly Logistics cost tracking, gap analysis and improvement. Span all logistics related costs, with a focus on cost control and process compliance execution. Review monthly latest estimation costs and make sure appropriate projects are in place in saving target achievement. Saving calculation/weekly review meeting with APAC team/monthly saving target and deviation analysis Perform compliance review on Operations contracts for cost control enhancement 4. Prepare reports and decks for Logistics performance review in cooperation with S&OP and supply chain finance 5. Develop data-driven insights to assist manager in making business decisions. 6. Other reporting/analysis/presentation assigned by manager 任职要求： 1. Full-time bachelor’s degree 2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes and financial data analysis 3. Skilled at communicating in a matrix organization 4. Good command of both written and spoken English.
