- 职责描述: This role will be based in Cambodia Reviewing optimum outlet coverage Review monthly sales call & routing of the SR to enhance effective coverage, thus improving the service & distribution. Verifying & update the respective SR outlet database on a quarterly basis Achievement of Sales & Distribution targets Manage distributor network and to achieve distribution target by regions and outlet types. Monitor diligently the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved. Review frequently the relative performance in the market of each category of product and initiate promotional sales campaigns aimed at strengthening the commercial position of the company in the market. Set standards to monitor sales personnel and distributor performance. Ensure Regional Sales Operation Efficiency Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key customer accounts, trade-associations, major customers agencies, and the public at large, in accordance with corporate and company policy and existing local cultural standards. Ensure the maintenance of the sales organization, so as to achieve the commercial objectives and to have continuously available sufficient, motivated and well-trained personnel. To motivate and coach sales team and distributors to be more professional. To support business development project to ensure that distributors are amongst the best in Cambodia To well manage Regional Account and expenditures according to company policy. To develop, implement and evaluate Regional Plans within designated areas so as to achieve optimal results. Merchandising & Promotion To maximize sales within the outlets through quality merchandising resulting in increased awareness & perfect serve. To assist in implementing promotional activities as assigned. To ensure that all merchandising & POSM adhere to guidelines as per the Trade Marketing Toolkit. Effective utilization of POSM Reviewing the allocation & type of POSM of SR to outlets to ensure trade marketing guidelines are adhered to Market Feedback & Reports To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. To ensure that all claims complied with company policy. To ensure all marketing activities, including competitors are reported in a timely manner to management. Zero work-related incidents and accidents Behave in a healthy and safe way Must take care of own and to other employee’s safety. Ensure that the workplace is safe and free of accidents and incidents. Must report in a timely manner any unsafe workplace condition, accidents, incidents and near misses. Ensure that if any accident or incident happens, a thorough investigation (focus on identifying how to prevent recurrence) is conducted immediately to find out root causes and remedial actions are taken in order to prevent it happening again in future. Ensure that all accidents and incidents are recorded and reported accordingly. Complete assigned safety E-learning modules according to safety training plan Other duties Additional duties as may be assigned by your superior from time to time 任职资格: -Preferably with 3 years sales & management experience in managing a sales force -Sales or marketing or business -Fluent Chinese & Good command of written & spoken English -Good Planning & Organizational skills
