- 职责描述： • Plan and monitor activities link to new product industrialization or parts definition evolution • Technical knowledge in key processes of shrouds production, such as machining, EDM, heat treatment, geometrical control, or big data analysis, would be appreciated • Plan and monitor activities linked to ramp-up of Leap shrouds products • Monitor and control expense according to budget • Industrial Substantiation File (internal and external) management • Pilot for solving production problem, with methodologies such as 5Why, 8D • Lead process improvement, workshop layout related LEAN and HSE Spirit • To achieve these activities, the product engineer will coordinate the activities of a small group of engineers or technicians in process, production, quality and planning teams 任职要求： Product KPI industrialization Bachelor degree on mechanics or industrial engineering At least 3 years’ experience in process or project management Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense Leadership spirit Good communication skill in English
