- 工作职责： Implement bottlex project • Implement strategies to increase return rate % of returnable assets • Perform value stream mapping to understand as-is situation and design improvements • Understand and optimize pricing structure along collection system • Tracking reporting and monitoring systems and processes • Develop sourcing strategies for bottles supplier (collectors and distributors) • Investigate opportunities for increased use of plastic crates. Tracing bottle collection performance • Tracking performance management system for BUs and breweries • Analysis and review supplier performance. • Tracking audit policies and preform regular audits across whole value chain. X-functional cooperation • Align with procurement department on supplier selection process and policies • Work with logistics team to improve bottle transportation • Work with sales team to improve bottle collection via distributors. • Work with Carlsberg Group experts to share best practice and align strategy 任职要求： Educational / Qualifications requirement • Bachelor degree in SC management, logistic or procurement management preferred. • Experience with managing and optimizing returnable packaging (bottles, crate, pallets, kegs) is high advantage • Supplier management and sourcing experience • Logistics experience especially with material handling processes and equipment. • Experience with leading x-functional teams • Preferably experience from beer or other beverage business. Personal Attributes • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals, teams and management as well as autonomously. • High integrity, Self-motivated, independent. • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Be energetic and passionate about driving for results. • Understand internal and external drivers in the development for Chinese FMCG industry. • Be flexible and adaptable with ability for frequent travelling. • Returnable tools using and maintenance
