- Work with production Team to ensure the production quality. Improve the process, increase the production efficiency and control the loss. Ensure the implementation of process and the continuous improvement of production processes. Main Accountabilities: 1. Be familiar with fine chemical process, know grinding process is plus 2. Be familiar with the performance of equipment, control the best function status of equipment, Adjust the equipment according to the products requirements, exert the capacity of equipment. Know Bead Mill / Three Rolls Mill is plus 3. Work with Production Team to ensure the production quality. Improve the process, increase the production efficiency and control the loss 4. Coordinate with Technology Dept. on new product implementation, process improvement and quality problems 5. Study and solve the problem (quality issue, high cost, low efficiency etc) 6. Table the proposal on improvement of current operation, decrease the loss, and reduce the liquid waste, exhaust gas and offal 7. Guiding the operator working according to the SOP and ensure the production process do properly 8. Collect and analyse the data from routine production on time 9. New Project involve 10. Other task be given Qualification: •Bachelor degree or above, chemistry or chemical engineering background , with knowledge in ink/coating is preferred •Minimum 3 years of process & project management experience in manufacturing chemical company •Good communication and coordination ability •Independent work ability
