Solves problems using multiple problem-solving tools and techniques using appropriate resources, personal knowledge and experience with whatever data are available given the situation. 作为一个与经验相匹配的技术专家。可以利用适当的资源、个人知识和经验，多种工具和技术解决问题。 QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格 • Educational /Training教育背景 Major in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Science or related field 制药学、药剂学或相关学科 • Working Experiences工作经验 MS degree with a minimum of 3~4 years and Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 2~3 years of pharmaceutical formulation experience 硕士最少3到4年，博士最少2到3年大分子制剂经验 • Communication 沟通 Excellent written and oral English skill. Excellent communication/influence skill 良好的英文写和说经验。良好的沟通能力。
