• To lead and drive a group of business by
-Providing strategic directions in the development of total communication services
-Managing and optimizing resources to achieve revenue goals for the business
-Developing business partner relationships with key people in the designated client organization
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Communicates the client's goals, constructive feedback and represent the client's interests, to the team.
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Reports to the Director of Client Service, providing regular input on all responsible accounts activity
• 8+ years of account management, a minimum of 1 year holding GAD in an 4A agency environment,auto industry experience is a plus
• Proven success in growing account and revenue generation
• Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management
• Experience managing services and project related business
• Ability to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
