- JOB OVERVIEW As part of the office administration team, this role is expected to provide high quality service as receptionist as well as administrative support to the office admin. Lead on issues concerning facility and office administration. JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reception - Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner. - Greet visitors and guide them to the relevant employees or waiting area. - Deal with basic queries concerning office facility from employees and visitors - Keep the reception area clean and tidy. Administrative - Maintain a reasonable inventory of office supplies (E.g. stationery). - Provide assistance in managing office equipment maintenance. - Handle office services orders and filling the PO. (E.g. plants, food, waters, etc.) - Order newspaper and magazine as required by business. - Handle express service billing. - Manage office entrance card delivery to employees and visitors. - Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences, arrange for lunch or refreshments during conferences. - Additional Responsibilities assigned by office admin lead. REQUIREMENTS - Associate degree holder, prior experience in similar roles preferred - Pleasant personality and service oriented - Mature, helpful, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and willing to do more - Detail oriented and well organized. - Good command of PC skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. - Good communication skills in Chinese and can use English as a working language.
