- 职责描述： 1.Define and perform qualitative and quantitative user research and testing procedures, from initial inspirational research to specific user experience and usability testing in close collaboration with UI/UX team, Product development team and Quality organization 2. Derive user insights from UX design research and transfer them into design inputs 3.Manage Usability/UX research project timeline, milestones and deliverables 4.Report project status to internal management, and other stakeholders 5.Support developing product-related interaction/interface/industrial designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions 6.Close cooperation with Consumer Trials leads to ensure excellent Nokia brand user experiences will delivery to customer and end user. 任职要求： • Diploma, or bachelor's/master's degree in psychology, design research or a comparable field of study, ideally with user research and testing as the main focus and with several years' (＞ 5–8 years) work experience in user-centered development of products and services in the areas of consumer goods and/or comparable sectors • High level of proficiency both in application and development of a wide spectrum of user research and testing methods. Proficiency in interaction or user interface design. • Work experience in an user research and testing service provider or comparable experience in a UX team • Ability to solve problems in a pro-active, focused and creative manner. Work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work across cross-functional teams • Well-organized with outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills. Interested in innovative solutions and a high level of motivation to develop ideas from paper to production • Project management skills is needed, PMP is preferred. • High level of English language proficiency (oral & written)required (ideally work language) • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin , native speaker level.
