职位介绍: Job Responsibilities 1.Enhance the EHS knowledge in the organization and working out the risk with the team together and align the team for risk assessment and correct action plans; 2.Identify the EHS risk and working out the solid actions/proposals to Management team, reduce EHS risk, provide potential risk analysis and report to management team; 3.Be responsible for Waste gas analysis, correction and reduction, to meet government requirements; 4.Focusing and guiding others in the accomplishment of work objectives on EHS topic; 5.Identifying opportunities and taking actions to build strategic relationships between areas, teams, departments, organizations and other agencies to help achieve the goals on EHS topics, especially in Environment and Safety; 6.Originating actions to improve existing conditions and processes; using appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implement solutions and measure impact of EHS risk; 7.Develop and implement EHS improvement programs to achieve targets of LTI (Lost Time Injury), MTI (Medical Treatment Injury), Safety Non-compliances (SNC), Environment Non-compliances (ENC) 8.Improve the Resource Use efficiency 9.Achieve total Job Safety Analysis, with improving plan to be carried out; Education & Working Experiences 1.Bachelor’s degree in EHS or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related other related majors; 2.At least 8-year full function EHS experiences in a manufacturing company, prefer in a multi-national one; 3.Solid Knowledge of Chinese EHS Legislations, very experienced with SIP local law and government requirements and practice; 4.Certified ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 internal auditor. National Registered Safety Engineer is preferred, familiar with JSA, 8D, 5W1H and other EHS tools 5.Proficiency in common PC based applications; 6.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese; 7.Strong communication skills both internally with different employees and externally with government and suppliers; 8.Strong execution capability and try to make things done to reduce the risk;
