It is primarily engaged in the R&D and production of Si/SiC components for plasma etching machines. These products, as key consumables for core semiconductor manufacturing equipment, play a crucial role in enhancing China's semiconductor manufacturing processes and supporting the localization of semiconductor components. The project is aligned with cutting-edge global technologies and aims to fill the domestic technological gap in this field, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the domestic semiconductor supply chain.
