职位介绍: 岗位职责Job Responsibilities 1.负责新产品和新工艺的整个工业化步骤和过程； Responsible the entire industrialization step & processes that involve in the new product & process. 2.领导、管理、组织和培训工业化团队，确保所有项目按时成功完成； To lead, manage, organize & train Industrialization team to ensure all project closed successfully on time. 3.在降低废品率、提高效率、减少人力、项目管理系统等方面进行持续改进； Continuous improvement in reduce scrap rate, increase efficiency, manpower reduction, project management system & etc. 4.为生产部门提供有关工艺和技术问题的故障排除指导； Provide troubleshooting direction to production that related to process & technical problem. 5.负责计划和监督部门预算； Responsible to plan & monitor the department budget. 6.其他特殊工作将不定期由上级安排。 Others special function will be assign by the superior from time to time. 任职要求Qualifications 1.工程学学士毕业，8年以上制造运营经验，至少3年类似领导岗位经验； Graduate engineer with ＞ 8 years’ experience in manufacturing operations and at least three years in a similar leadership role 2.中英文流利； Fluent in Chinese and English 3.在化妆品行业有丰富的经验； Extensive experience in cosmetics industry 4.具备GMP和精益生产技术经验； Experience with GMP & Lean Manufacturing techniques 5.优秀的沟通技巧，能够与组织中各个级别的人联系； Excellent communication skills, able to talk to people at all levels in the organization 6.优秀的指导技巧； Strong coaching skills 7.有管理和实施变革的经验； Experience in managing and implementing change 8.优秀的计划和组织能力； Excellent planning and organizing skills 9.强大的团队合作精神和领导能力； Strong team player and leader 10.有在压力下工作并取得成果的良好记录； Proven track record of working under pressure and delivering results 11.了解自己的长处，知道何时寻求帮助； Understands own strengths and when to ask for support 12.具有创意性和革新性。 Creative and innovative
