职位介绍: Technical Expertise核心技术能力: Proven technical expertise and leadership in HV architectural design for traction, auxiliary/comfort, and charging systems (typically 400-1000V), including layout design and specification of HV wiring harnesses (packaging & routing) and selection/validation of connectors/headers. 具备高压架构设计领域（牵引系统/辅助舒适系统/充电路径，400-1000V典型电压）的实战技术领导经验，包括高压线束的布局设计与规格制定（空间规划及布线工程）以及连接器/接插件的选型匹配与验证。 Project Lifecycle Management全周期开发管控: Lead cross-phase development from vehicle concept design, RFQ cost optimization, to series development / production with full lifecycle integration. 主导跨阶段开发流程‌，涵盖整车概念设计、询价（RFQ）成本优化至量产开发/生产，并实现全生命周期整合。 Simulation & Validation仿真与验证: Experience in mechanical/thermal simulation of components (wires/connectors) and ownership of DVP&R planning/execution. 具备线束及连接器的机械/热力学仿真分析经验，主导设计验证计划与报告（DVP&R）的制定与实施。 Customer Engagement客户互动与展示能力: Perform ( technical ) business development having “always a sensor on the pulse of customer”. Conduct technical presentations (Tech Days), showcase product portfolios at OEM events, and maintain customer/supplier relationships. 开展（技术导向的）业务拓展‌，始终"以客户需求为风向标"。执行技术演示（Tech Days）、在OEM活动中展示产品组合，并维护客户/供应商关系。 Leadership & Strategy领导力与战略: Lead technical development engineers, drive HV knowledge transfer, monitor budgets, resolve operational risks, and align local execution with global technical standards. 管理技术团队，推动高压技术转移，监控预算与风险，确保本土实践与全球技术标准协同。 Balance fulfilment of customer requirement (“enhance voice of the customer”) and GG´s interests together with other department (e.g. Sales, Project- und Portfolio management, Manufacturing Engineering, …) 协同销售、项目及组合管理、制造工程等部门‌，在满足客户需求（"强化客户声音"）与公司利益之间实现平衡 Comply with the company's EHS (environmental, health, safety) policy 遵守公司环境、职业健康及安全（EHS）方针及制度要求 Plans and organizes: Coordination, synchronization, and prioritization of topics and projects in the department keeping in mind the available resources 规划与组织协调‌：根据可用资源，统筹部门内项目与议题的协同、同步及优先级排序 Other tasks assigned by superior 上级分配的其他任务。 Requirements Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred; 机械/电气工程专业本科及以上,硕士学位优先 5+ years of in transmission/distribution project management (2+ in HV systems) in automotive field. 5年以上线束传输或配电领域项目实际管理经验（其中2年及以上高压系统经验） Experience in relevant core processes (project-/ cost management, product development, … ) 熟悉汽车行业核心流程（项目/成本管理，产品开发等） Frequent travel required (50%）. 适应频繁出差（ 50%） Knowledge in HV harness design tools (e.g., CATIA V5 / V6 or Siemens NX) and simulation software. 了解高压线束设计工具（如CATIA V5/V6或西门子 NX）和仿真软件。 Fluent in English and Mandarin 普通话及英文流利。 Excellent communication skills with strong multi-cultural adaptability 出色的沟通技巧及高度的多文化适应性 Excellent communications and presentation skills 优秀的沟通和演示技巧
