职位介绍: SUMMARY Accountable for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes utilizing lean manufacturing and defect reduction concepts. Responsible for root cause, corrective action on all processes and engineering related issues. Creation of new manufacturing process and modification of existing manufacturing processes to suit business needs. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Perform engineering duties in planning and designing / maintenance tooling, fixtures. Record all related drawing, manual, technical specification. 2) Establishment work instruction, operation instruction, safety standard and up to date. 3) Performing trouble shooting on product and remedy to the root cause. 4) Provide training and direct workers engaged in production, measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability of product. 5) Support SCM to negotiate the price of tooling, fixtures and equipment 6) Support Monthly KPI analysis and corrective action. 7) MRB handling SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB Technical or Skills • Mechanical background. • Good skill with 2D and 3D software, Solidworks or Pro/e • Knowledge of injection or machining is preferred • Demonstrates proficiency utilizing problem solving tools or method (FEMA,SPC,PDCA…) • A “can do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required • Teamwork and positive Human Relations QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Educational • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and/or similar discipline. Professional • ＞3 years demonstrated manufacturing engineering experience in pump/valve industry. • Lean tooling ( 5S,Standardized work,VSM…) Language • English & Mandarin.
