职位介绍: 要求： 1.博士学历3+配方经验或者硕士学历5+配方经验；0-1配方经验加分 2.高分子聚合专业，有离子交换树脂背景的候选人 3.英语可以做工作语言，海外留学经验加分岗位职责 Principal Chemist leads innovation projects to develop new products pipeline as well as enterprise-wide innovation platform, to drive the business growth through creative work. 主任化学家承担创新项目，发展新产品管线以及企业的创新平台，通过创造性的工作驱动业务增长。 1. Lead/drive technological innovation by initiating and executing research and development work with R&D team and other stakeholders according to the Company strategies. 根据公司战略，通过与研发部同事和其他利益相关者一起合作，驱动技术创新。 2. Communicate and report all the deliverables of R&D activities to related functions and senior management of Company. 向公司相关方和高级管理层沟通和汇报研发部活动的成果。 3. Provide technical service and supports to internal and external customers according to Company’s requirement. 根据内外部客户的要求，提供技术服务和支持。 4. Follow the requirements of RD&E management requirements and ISO management systems (ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001) in RD&E Department, and achieve the targets for Innovation, Quality, SHE, as well as Finance. 遵循RD&E管理规范以及各个ISO管理体系(ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001)要求，达到、质量、安全环境以及财务的要求和目标。 5. Train and develop personnel in the department of experiments, chemistry and project management skills. 培训和发展部门内员工的实验、化学和项目管理技能。任职资格教育程度：硕士专业要求：高分子聚合物等相关专业 Polymer related majors 工作经验：具备二年左右的研发工作经验。
