职位介绍: Your responsibilities: Responsible for following up with overseas opportunities from HE Global and direct end-users/customers. 跟踪来自全球公司内部和终端客户的海外机会。 Responsible for offering the most technically appropriate and competitive solutions with tendering support. 与投标支持协同，提供好的技术和有竞争力的方案 Participate in product presentations, technical meetings, and negotiations with customers remotely or face-to-face, and provide technical support and clarification. 参与产品说明，技术会议，与客户远程或面对面地沟通和谈判，提供技术支持和澄清 Implement project screening, support bid/no bid analyses and decisions, and implement project risk review processes. 执行项目审查，支持投标/非投标分析和决策，执行项目风险审核流程 Collect and report the opportunity list to the manager regularly. 收集和报告机会清单给经理 Responsible for aiming at budget and delivering sales results. 以预算和交付销售结果为目标 Your background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering (electrical engineering/power electronics is preferred). 本科以上学历，工程背景（电气工程，电力电子优先） 5+ working experience in the electrical-related industry; working experience in a multinational company, engineering company, or design institute is preferred. 5年以上电气相关行业，跨国公司/工程公司/设计院优先。 Knowledge of electrical power systems, products of substation and converter, applications of renewable, power quality and hydrogen, various segments of industries, utilities etc. 具备相关知识：电力系统、变电站和转换器产品、新能源应用、电能质量和氢能源…… Strong communication skills with different stakeholders, learning agility, and good self-management skills. Result-orientated, very responsible, and strong ability to solve conflicts. Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin. Team player experienced in team sports (football, basketball, volleyball, rugby, etc.) Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required. 要求： 1、学电的，如电气、电力电子等，本科或硕士或海外留学硕士； 2、英文，正常沟通交流，好一些； 3、在电力电子行业内做过（如电能质量或其他电力电子）； 4、可以没有销售经验，但要沟通好，有销售的sense； 5、不背订单业绩。
