职位介绍
岗位职责: 1. 负责根据业务发展规划,在人力资源战略、政策和各项框指导框架下,协助制定人力资源发展规划和行动计划,以支持尽快达到预期运营目标; 1. Responsible for formulating human resource development plan and action plan according to business development plan and human resource strategy, policy and various framework guidance, in order to support the achievement of expected operational targets as soon as possible; 2.负责对用人需求进行分析与梳理,制定并高效完成招聘计划,配合项目发展需要挖掘、配置适合的人才; 2. Responsible for analyzing and sorting out the employment needs, formulating and efficiently completing the recruitment plan, mining and allocating suitable talents according to the development needs of the project; 3.负责协助负责人管理组织架构,参与项目组织体系搭建,明确各部门工作职责划分与职能梳理,参与项目部门组织的持续优化及完善工作; 3. Responsible for assisting the person in charge to manage the organizational structure, participating in the construction of the project organizational system, clarifying the division of responsibilities and functions of each department, and participating in the continuous optimization and improvement of the project department organization; 4.负责参与确定项目的人员编制、人力资源规划、人力成本控制、人效分析、人才盘点、人才梯队建设与后备人才培养工作; 4. Responsible for participating in the staffing, human resource planning, human cost control, human effectiveness analysis, talent inventory, talent echelon construction and reserve talent training of the identified project; 5.负责参与人工成本预算、薪酬方案的制定与实施,并根据行业和项目发展,不断改进和完善薪酬体系; 5. Responsible for participating in the formulation and implementation of labor cost budget and salary plan, and continuously improving and perfecting the salary system according to industry and project development; 6.负责团队建设和员工关系管理工作,在员工关怀、员工激励等方面提供专业指导和建议,建立开放、顺畅的沟通渠道,形成氛围良好、积极向上的组织文化; 6. Responsible for team building and employee relationship management, providing professional guidance and suggestions on employee care and motivation, establishing open and smooth communication channels, and forming a positive organizational culture with a good atmosphere. 能力要求: 1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业; 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration or related; 2.5年以上人力资源相关工作经验,有制造业HRBP相关工作经验者优先,熟悉六大模块及人力资源日常管理工作流程; 2.5 + years HR related working experience, manufacturing HRBP related working experience is preferred,familiar with six modulesnd daily human resource management workflow; 3.熟悉国家、地区以及行业关于合同管理、薪酬制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇等方面的法律法规及政策; 3. Familiar with national, regional and industry laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits and other aspects; 4.具备优秀的沟通、协调能力,具有较强的语言和文字表达能力; 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills; 5.擅长数据分析、总结汇报,注重细节,思维严谨; 5. Good at data analysis, summary reporting, attention to details, rigorous thinking; 6.具有解决复杂问题的能力和独立工作的能力; 6. Ability to solve complex problems and work independently; 7.工作主动性强,善于发现问题并能提出解决方案,有很强的计划性和执行力; 7. Strong work initiative, good at finding problems and proposing solutions, with strong planning and execution ability; 8.责任心、事业心强,吃苦耐劳,脚踏实地,抗压能力、学习能力强。 8. Responsible, enterprising, hard-working, down-to-earth, pressure resistance, strong learning ability.
