职位介绍: 工作地新加披1. 根据研发需求，设计并优化蛋白质结构预测、分子动力学模拟及功能分析相关的AI算法模型，确保模型准确性和适用性。 Design and optimize AI algorithm models related to protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics simulation, and functional analysis based on R&D needs, ensuring the accuracy and applicability of the models. 2. 利用AI工具进行蛋白质结构设计、变体筛选与优化，提升目标蛋白质的功能稳定性和工艺可行性。 Use AI tools for protein structure design, variant screening, and optimization to enhance the functional stability and process feasibility of target proteins. 3. 根据实验和文献数据，构建高质量的蛋白质相关数据集，进行数据清理、分析和建模，为研发决策提供数据支持。 Build high-quality protein-related datasets based on experimental and literature data, perform data cleaning, analysis, and modeling to provide data support for R&D decision-making. 4. 熟练使用常用生信数据库，积极拓展软件及数据库平台，协助团队高效开展蛋白质研发工作。 Proficient in using common bioinformatics databases and actively expand software and database platforms, assisting the team in efficiently carrying out protein R&D work. 5. 与实验室团队协作，验证AI预测的蛋白质功能与性能，优化实验方案，提升AI与实验结合的效率。 Collaborate with the laboratory team to validate AI-predicted protein functions and properties, optimize experimental plans, and improve the efficiency of integrating AI with experiments. 6. 撰写研发技术方案、报告及专利申请文件，确保研发过程及成果可追溯。 Write R&D technical plans, reports, and patent application documents to ensure traceability of the R&D process and results. 7. 跟踪AI和生物领域的前沿技术动态，提出新的技术应用方向，为团队提供技术创新支持。 Keep up with cutting-edge technologies in AI and the biological field, propose new technical application directions, and provide technical innovation support for the team. 8. 完成上级交办的其他任务，保障研发工作的高效开展。 Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure the efficient progress of R&D work. Requirements任职要求: 1. 博士以上学历，生物信息学、计算生物学、人工智能等相关专业； Doctor’s Degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. 2. 具备蛋白质结构与功能、生物信息学、机器学习与深度学习相关理论的专业知识，以及分子动力学模拟、统计分析、Python或R编程语言的辅助知识。 Expertise in protein structure and function, bioinformatics, machine learning, and deep learning theories, as well as auxiliary knowledge in molecular dynamics simulations, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as Python or R. 3. 具备3年以上AI在生物研发领域的应用经验，有蛋白质设计或新药研发项目经验者优先。 More than 3 years of experience applying AI in biological R&D, with experience in protein design or new drug R&D projects preferred. 4. 具备优秀的英语口语沟通和写作能力，中文流利交流沟通； Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and fluent in Chinese for communication. 5. 具有优秀的创新能力、问题分析与解决能力、团队合作能力、数据处理能力。 Strong innovation ability, problem analysis and solving skills, teamwork ability, and data processing capabilities.
