职位介绍: DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 1. First level reviewer of corporate income tax returns to ensure its accuracy by working closely with local finance and external tax professionals; 2. Review and ensure its accuracy and timeliness of other indirect tax returns on as needed basis; 3. Review and ensure its accuracy and timeliness of quarterly VAT reporting requirement by closely working with local finance and external tax professionals; 4. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the head office reporting requirements including Tax Provisions/Tax Contingencies/Tax Checklist. Ensure closely work with HO tax accounting team, local finance, internal audit team, external tax professionals and external auditors; 5. Prepare and submit the tax returns and statistic reports of China entities; 6. Identify potential tax risks and suggest ideas; 7. Prepare tax incentive applications; 8. Prepare necessary financial information and documents and save documents in organized manner. Interact with external tax auditors and tax professionals to prepare and deliver necessary information; 9. Prepare related party transaction documents to finance team according to Intercompany Agreements among companies and other overseas companies; 10. Provide basic tax technical advice and regular tax updates to business team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar discipline. Pass at least 4 papers of CPA or CTA/CFA Chart holder; • Minimum of two to three years’ experience in tax practice. • Proficiency in spoken and written English. • Good knowledge of Chinese tax law. • Basic Knowledge of US GAAP and China FSR • Experience supporting tax audits and tax litigations projects. • Ability to create forecasts, financial analysis and tax scenarios. • Ability to solve practical and critical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision. • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with external lawyers/consultants.
