E.g. Fuel Cell 2.Deep technical competences to ensure future core manufacturing processes development 3.Technical management requires strong Digital know-how 4.Work with regional CoCs and International networks to drive local competence development 5.Optimize the road map and drive the manufacturing process development & industrialization strategy based on business requirements 6.Project management for industrialization and process development projects 7.Collaborate about new technologies of industrialization production in Fuel Cell in an international environment ( lead plant, central research) and adopt latest technology towards serial production Qualifications 1.Master degree Engineering 2.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical field, preferred automotive. 3.Familiar with I4.0, or digital tools. 4.Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with accuracy 5.Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills 6.Preferred International experience 7.High level language skills
