职位介绍: •Leads the full commercial function, including both sales and marketing •Develop sales strategy and implement through a large multi location, multi prod uct sales team •Develop and implement strategic marketing plans •Formulate B2B marketing and branding strategies •Formulate B2B2C marketing and branding strategies that reach out to end consumers in products such as consumer apparels, home textiles, t issue, paper wet wipes and a wide variety of personal hygiene products •Be an integral member of our new product development team, working closely with production plants, technical and sales team to develop differentiated and specialty viscose products •Lead a market intelligence team to analyze market trends and data, providing market intelligence to senior management team Leads the full commercial function, including both sales and marketing •Develop and implement strategic marketing plans •Lead a market intelligence team to analyze market trends and data, providing market intelligence to senior management team Job requirement: •High energy and result oriented individual with at least 15 years’ experience in multinational company with significant leadership track record. •Proven commercial success in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing and sales of commodity products to manage sizable b usiness. •Process all round commercial skill and experience which include proven marketing experience with result, good analytical skill dealing with details and numbers, and some exposure and experience in supply chain management. •Good understanding of sustainability/ green process/ products and proven track record in develop branding. •Excellent communication and inter personal skill both in English and Chinese (Mandarin). •Proven people management and development experience to lead a organization . Excellent team leader and hungry to grow and is continuously learning for improvement. •Strategic thinker who is also able to be tactical when required. •Bachelor Degree from a University with related field of study; MBA is an advantage. •Willing to relocate.
