职位介绍: 职位：Country Manager 地址：常州 Main duties and responsibilities: ▪ Full profit & loss responsibility of the Chinese subsidiary ▪ Manage all operations of the company ▪ Leading of the team and developing people ▪ Maintaining and developing existing customers, expanding business through the development of new customers ▪ Identify and spearhead additional business growth opportunities ▪ Manage all aspects of operations, from engineering to service delivery ▪ Oversee company financial reporting requirements Temporary duty and responsibility: ▪ Building up of a new factory with supervision of building activities, incl. cost control Qualifications & Experiences: ▪ higher degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) ▪ Further education/degree in business administration / finance / management ▪ 10+ years’ experience in sales & marketing of capital equipment in the field of process technology ▪ 3+ years’ experience in management and leadership ▪ Ability to build trustworthy relationships through excellent interpersonal skills ▪ Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to lead others in a highly collaborative environment ▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills ▪ Knowledge of an ERP System ▪ Knowledge of a customer relationship management system (CRM) ▪ Knowledge of a management system (e.g. ISO 9001) ▪ Age: 36 – 48 ▪ Language: Chinese, fluent negotiation skills (oral and written) in English ▪ working experience in an international company
