职位介绍: 1. 代表CAST公司与外部环境保护、应急管理和职业健康管理等相关管理部门进行联系，完成其所要求的管理措施 Be the official CAST representative in front of the external authorities, such as environment protection, emergency management, occupational health management, etc., complete administrative measures required by them. 2. 策划、组织编制和维护ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系及ISO14001环境管理体系文件及相关制度； Plan, develop and maintain the ISO45001 occupational, health and safety management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and other relevant systems. 3. 收集并熟练掌握政府相关的政策法规，确保体系文件与法律法规和标准的要求始终保持一致，并在CAST内部传达； Collect and understand relevant government policies and regulations to ensure system documents are always consistent with laws, regulations and standards; communicate to CAST employees internally. 4. 管理运行和持续改进ISO45001体系和ISO14001体系；编写体系运行管理评审输入材料； Manage, operate and sustainably improve the ISO45001 system and ISO14001 system; compile input information on review of system operation management. 5. 促进、指导和监督各部门的健康、安全和环境工作，检查体系及管理程序的执行； Promote, guide and supervise each department’s health, safety and environmental work and inspect the performance of management procedures and systems. 6. 联系ISO45001和ISO14001管理体系认证公司和审核员； Contact certification companies and auditors in terms of the of the ISO45001 system and ISO14001 management system. 7. 组织内部安全环境管理相关的内部专项检查； Organize internal special inspection relating to environment and safety management. 8. 负责联系健康安全和环境外部监测； Contact external monitoring departments of health, safety and environment; 9. 负责健康安全和环境纠正措施要求（CAR）的管理，参与相关部门CAR的原因分析和措施制定，跟踪检查CAR措施的落实。分析重复发生的事件及事故苗头。 Manage the corrective action request for health, safety and environment (CAR), participate in relevant department’s analysis of CAR reasons and formulation of measures and track and inspect the implementation of CAR measures; analyse the recurrence of events and the weak signals. 10. 参与工程验收和安全环境问题的调查分析处理； Participate in check and acceptance of projects and investigation, analysis and solving of safety and environment problems; 11. 组织健康安全和环境事故的调查处理，监督事故处理的落实； Investigate and handle health, safety and environmental accidents and supervise the implementation of accident handling; 12. 组织健康安全和环境体系内外审核； Organize in the internal and external auditing of health, safety and environment system; 13. 组织开展健康安全和环境体系文件的培训。与人事行政部和安全环境管理员一起，组织开展安全教育； Organize training on health, safety and environmental systems and documents. Organize safety education in collaboration with HR & Admin. Department and the EHS Administrator ; 14. 负责外来施工队的安全管理和危险作业（登高、动火、临时用电）的审批； Examine and approve the safety management and hazardous operation (climbing, hot work and temporary electricity) of external construction teams; 15. 确定人员、建筑物和设备的安全要求，监督必要的实施方法以确保这些要求（防火等）； Determine the safety requirements for personnel, buildings and equipment and supervise necessary implementing methods to ensure these requirements (fire prevention...); 16. 组织各类应急预案的制定，监督检查应急预案的执行和应急预案的日常演练及应急情况的处理； Prepare various emergency plans and supervise and inspect their performance and routine drills and the response to emergency; 17. 制定和监督年度安全改进计划（安全行动计划）,起草环境、职业健康和安全管理的年度目标； Make and monitor annual safety improvement plans (safety action plans), draft annual targets for environment, occupational health and safety management; 18. 负责健康安全和环境体系要求的相关技术统计分析等工作；与法马通联络人员沟通有关健康、安全、环境的记录。 Take charge of the technical statistics and analysis of health, safety and environmental systems and requirements; and communicate HSE records to Framatome Liaison Officer. 19. 在公司管理例会上报告一周的安全环境情况； Report on a weekly basis the EHS status at CAST Management Meeting. 20. 准备、组织和管理月度安全环境例会。 Prepare, Organize and Manage the monthly Safety Environment Meeting. 21. 监督危险废弃物转移的备案和记录管理； Supervise registration and record management of hazardous waste transfer. 22. 监督危险化学品和易制毒化学品的购买、使用和储存管理； Supervise management of purchase, use and storage of dangerous chemicals and chemicals which are liable to produce explosives. 23. 组织各部门完成CAST环境因素识别和风险因素识别； Organize all departments to finish identifications of environment aspects and risk aspects in CAST. 2 4. 上级交办的其它任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the higher level. 任职资格Qualifications: 教育背景 Education： 1. 本科以上学历，理想专业为安全工程、环境工程等理工科专业； Bachelor degree or above, optimal major is safety engineering or environment engineering, etc.. 2 三年以上制造类企业类似工作经验； At least three years similar working experience in manufacturing companies; 3. 具有安全或环境工程师资质为佳。 The qualification of safety or environment engineer is preferred. 4. 具备本岗位英语或法语阅读、写作和口语交流能力； Be provided with the post related reading, writing and oral communication ability in English or French 5、身体健康，能够适应适当的加班。 Be healthy and be able to work overtime.
