职位介绍: 1、 Process Engineer Leader leads and helps team developing the chemical process, able to scale up from RD bench batch to a commercial production scale with good feasibility, to support the business healthy growth工艺工程师主管领导并帮助团队开发具有良好的可行性的化学工艺，并可以从研发小试规模放大至商业生产规模，以支持业务的健康成长。 2、 Development, scale-up and technology transfer of fine chemical processes from the RD&E bench to commercial scale manufacturing 在从研发到商业化生产的不同规模，进行精细化工工艺的开发、放大和技术转移 3、 Development and execution of initial economic and technical feasibility studies as well as generation of detailed process designs 开发和进行工艺的初步经济和技术可行性研究，以及产生详细的工艺设计 4、 Process optimization and de-bottlenecking at manufacturing facilities to improve process efficiencies and reduce production costs对生产设施进行工艺优化和消除瓶颈，以提高工艺效率和降低生产成本 5、 Troubleshooting of manufacturing processes对生产工艺进行故障诊断任职资格任职要求： 1、 Ph.D. with 2 years’ experience and Master has 5 years’ experience in process design, development and scale up. Polymer or CMC in pharmacy related working experience is preferred.博士具有两年及以上工作经验，硕士具有5年及以上工作经验。优选有高分子或药学研究相关工作经验者。 2、 Ability to flourish as part of a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team in a multi-tasking environment 能够在多任务环境中作为多学科和跨职能团队的一员发挥所长。 3、 The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, team-orientated individual who can operate independently and as part of a high-performance team. 理想的候选人将是一个自我激励、以团队为导向的人，既能独立工作，也能作为高绩效团队的一员开展工作。 4、 Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential需要有较强的口头和书面英语沟通能力。 5、 Strong project management skills and demonstrated technical and behavioural leadership are highly desirable具有较强的项目管理技能，并在技术和行为方面具有领导才能。
