职位介绍: Job Description for Deputy General Manager Production - Reports to the General Manager - Under the direct leadership of the Board of Directors and General Manager, assist GM to take full responsibility of managing production comprehensively. Take charge of the Equipment Department, Maintenance Workshop and Power Operation Workshop directly - Assist GM and organise the relevant departments to establish the mechanical and electric equipment management system and safety operation regulations, establishing power operation equipment management system and safety operation regulations, establish maintenance management system and safety operation system of company and so on - Assist GM to establish and perfect the productive operating system of factory, quality assurance system, cost control system, safety production system and assessment system and etc. - Assist GM and cooperate with the senior management to determine the management objectives of the company, organizing and establishing the development plan of the company and annual working plan. - Assist GM to direct and coordinate the relevant production departments and workshops to achieve the improvement of production efficiency, the improvement of product quality, the improvement of the production process and the reduction of production cost. - In accordance to the company plan, assist GM to organise and implement the production and business operation plan issued by the company, despatching reasonable, arranging production task with quantity and quality guaranteed, ensuring safe and civilised production. - Assist GM to strengthen the construction of employee and cadre team, improving the professional quality of all kinds of personnel continuously. - Fulfilling other tasks assigned the superiors. Job Requirement: · Bachelor Science in Metallurgy or other relevant qualifications; · 15 years’ experience in a similar role, ferroalloy production industry; Exposure to the hot metals industry or smelter engineering design would be advantageous; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work within and develop a team environment; Languages: English and Mandarin.
